By commissioning me, you are acknowledging that you have agreed with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please let me know and I will try to resolve any issues OR find someone else to commission.If you would like to discuss these terms, feel free to contact me.Last updated November 3rd, 2025
♤ general ♤
➸ I have the right to refuse any commission that I see fit.➸ I reserve the right to any artwork I produce. Clients are allowed to use their commissioned artwork for PERSONAL USE ONLY.➸Clients MUST credit me as the artist. Clients may not claim my artwork as their own/recolour/trace/draw over/remove my watermark/etc.➸I work through the site Artistree predominantly. Clients are requested to commission through the site (linked at the bottom of this page). Alternatively, if quotes were discussed, clients can contact me on Discord.
♡ Payment & refunds ♡
➸ Prices are subject to change. If a price for an item were to change after the time of purchase, the client will not be charged or payed back.➸ I will not start a commission until all payment has been made. In the event of a commission being $200+, I’ll allow a 2 week payment plan but will not finish until the commission is fully paid off.➸ If payment is unpaid after 2 weeks without communication or reasoning, the commission will be canceled and the client will be privately blacklisted.➸ All payment is PayPal via invoice in Au$ (Australian dollar), please be aware of conversions before commissioning!➸ In the rare occasion of me canceling the commission halfway, I will arrange a refund. Depending on the situation, I will give a partial or full refund. However, if a client cancels the commission, I will not give any refund if I have completed/close to completing the artwork (final touches, etc). I will complete the artwork depending on the progress.➸ A client may be blacklisted for any form of pleading for any kind of decrease in my prices. If you don’t like my prices, don’t commission me.
♧ Edits & WIPs ♧
➸ I will provide a sketch WIP and/or a flat colour WIP.➸ All changes must be requested after I send the progress. I will not continue until the WIP has been approved.➸ Not all changes will be allowed depending on the progress (i.e., I will not change the line art after the flat colour WIP)➸ However, if the client has purchased a YCH, some edits are not applicable and therefore be declined. These changes will be stated whenever YCHs are available.
♢ Reference material ♢
➸ I only work with a character reference sheet/reference material and will refuse to work with just a description/palette of a character. Small, described additions not on a references sheet may be accepted but depending on complexity.➸ If a client does not have a reference sheet, I suggest using a free online base to colour and adjust. It provides me an easy reference and I can work from there! Feel free to ask!➸ Clients must make sure that the reference/s are clear and up to date. Clients must specify any intricate/specific markings I may miss. Any issues with poor visibility are not my fault.➸ Preferably, the reference image/s are digital and provide me with all relevant info. They should include little details such as paw pads, tongues, anything that may not always be shown on the character. A client should be able to specify these colours if not on the reference sheet. It just makes it easier for the both of us.➸ I am happy to work with pose references/suggestions, but I will not copy other artist’s work.
♤ Turnaround time ♤
➸ I do not have a set turnaround time. This is primarily due to my constant changes in motivation.➸ Please be patient in waiting for me to respond. I am based in Australia and I probably am in a completely opposite timezone from you. Please allow 24 hours before trying to contact me again.➸ I will keep a client up to date with progress and any delays when needed.➸ I am a fulltime student and work 2 jobs. Commissions will usually be closed around times that are busy (i.e., exams, etc)➸ A turn around time also depends on how many commissions I have in my queue. The more commissions, the longer the wait. I have provided a public queue to see all progress if a client is interested.➸ I may not always work chronologically if it is more efficient to work on certain commissions. Clients must be patient especially if a client has commissioned a large piece.➸ My motivation is a big portion that affects turnaround time. Commissions can be rather draining for me. Please be patient with me. I want to be able to produce my best work for each commission. I encourage you to politely remind me if I seem slow.➸ I do not accept deadlines of under 1 week. I cannot guarantee a piece to be finished in this time frame!
♡ Finished work & publishing ♡
➸ A client is able to request an email copy of the finished piece for better quality/privacy.➸ I have the right to publish all work I create. Clients are able to request a private commission if desired. This includes NSFW commissions➸ Clients may also publish the piece but must credit me by linking any of my social media or my website.➸ Clients may do whatever they like with the piece but must be for personal use only. I do not accept commissions with intent for commercial work.➸ Whenever a client uses work for a profile picture, banner, etc, I would prefer using credit but this is not necessary.
♧ What I will draw ♧
➸ Any species! However, I specialise in mammalian characters, including humans/humanoids➸ NSFW: Please refer to the NSFW section of this page (below)➸ Fanart: Includes self inserts and character art. I love these! I welcome you to do so! I can mimic Hellaverse, some animes and lego monkie kid artstyles if requested!➸ Other peoples characters: As long as you have permission from the owner.➸ Art for physical merchandise: As long as it is for personal use. I will not make the products for you. Only the design. This can be fanart too if desired!

♢ what i wont draw ♢
➸ Fetish art of any kind.➸ Major gore: Includes visible viscera and body horror. Minor gore such as cuts and scars are ok.➸ Mecha: Does not include proto/primogens. Biotic limbs are sections of characters may be ok but please check first! This is solely due to skillset. I suggest other artists may provide this better!➸ Material considered offensive, sensitive or harmful.
Homophobes, racists, zoophiles, etc are NOT welcome to commission me.
- Please keep all opinions to yourself and do not commission me if thats what you are looking for.
♧ (Side Note): NSFW ♧
➸ Clients MUST be over the age of 18 to commission NSFW. If i find a client is underage requesting NSFW they will be blocked➸ I prefer (at the moment) with light NSFW. Please be aware this is fairly new to me so it is HIGHLY experimental➸ If a NSFW commission includes someone else's character, i MUST have consent provided by the owner of the character themselves!➸ NSFW content will only be posted to my Furaffinity (and potentially X eventually). All of my other sites are SFW.➸ As already stated, i will flat out refuse most fetish art. If it makes me uncomfortable, i will not be accepting.➸ Characters must be human/humanlike/anthropromorphic. I will NOT do NSFW content for feral characters!➸ For anthro characters specifically, I will only draw any genitalia that resembles human-like anatomy. I will not be drawing said anatomy if it is to resemble that of any animal
